How to Assemble the SOFTBOX Lamp

Remove the softbox, tension rods, and diffusion fabric from its cover. Set aside the diffusion fabric.
From the CGLX4-marked box, remove the lighting fixture. Eight holes are located on the outer edge of the fixture (black plastic).
Insert the glass fiber rods into the openings in the lighting fixture. It's crucial to insert the thicker end of the rods into the fixture. They should go in with a little resistance.
Place the softbox fabric on the floor so that the black material touches the ground and the silver side faces upward. Leave the Velcro straps unfastened.
Lay the lighting fixture on top of the silver surface. Insert the thinner ends of the rods into the pockets sewn into the corners of the softbox shell.
As you insert more rods, the softbox shell will begin to stretch over the bending rods. It may be necessary to use a little force, especially with octagonal softboxes.
After assembling the shell, set up the lighting tripod and secure it on top of the fixture. Tighten the butterflies and fasten the Velcro straps at the back of the shell.
Secure the bulbs in the fixture.
Attach the diffusion fabric to the shell by fastening it with the Velcro strips.
