However, please do not worry, the store will make every effort to efficiently guide you through the return of the goods and refund your money as soon as possible. The return procedure is specified in the regulations of the online store, on this page we provide you with practical tips on how to deal with it as quickly as possible.

  1. EachConsumer who has concluded a distance contract, after receiving the parcel, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason - he has 14 days to do so.
  2. Important: Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel, please send it to the following address:

    written declaration of withdrawal from the contract. It is also possible to send back the parcel together with a printed and completed declaration of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel (the date of posting counts).
  3. Please pack the goods carefully to protect against possible damage on the way to the store. Please remember that in the event of damage resulting from improper packaging, the store reserves the right to refuse to accept the return
  4. The returned goods cannot show any signs of use or damage, it is best to send them back in the original packaging (it is possible that the customer opens the original packaging to read the contents)
  5. Together with the returned goods, the Customer should return all products that he received free of charge and the condition for receiving them or receiving them at a preferential price was the purchase of the returned goods
  6. The seller, in the event of proper withdrawal by the customer from the contract in accordance with the principles set out in the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for dangerous products, undertakes to refund the payment for the returned goods.
  7. If the entire order is returned, the Seller also undertakes to refund the amount spent by the Customer for the store to deliver the goods to the Customer immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
  8. Note: The store does not cover the costs of returning the ordered goods by the Customer to the store.
  9. If the returned goods, in the situation described above, do not meet the conditions specified in the store regulations and the above-mentioned Act, the Seller will inform the Customer about it. The goods will be returned at the customer's expense. The customer will be obliged to pay a fee for the cost of returning the goods before they are shipped.
