Dear Sirs,
Digishots.pl store accepts complaints and provides service support for the products sold. We are very sorry that the purchased equipment does not work properly. We will make every effort to ensure that your complaint is considered quickly and reliably.

The customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of:

  1. disclosure of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period
  2. mechanical damage occurring during delivery

If one of the above-mentioned situations occurs, please:

  1. Notifying us by phone that you wish to make a complaint about a given product at
    tel. 600 500 179 or at sklep@digishots.pl
  2. Print and carefully fill out the complaint form (download). Please describe the damage, when and in what situation the fault occurred or occurs. A detailed description of the fault will enable us to quickly diagnose and process the complaint.
  3. Sending the complained goods together with the original proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice) to the following address:

Important notes

  1. Please note that the DigiShots.pl store does not accept courier shipments "cash on delivery". We also do not collect advised parcels from Poczta Polska. Please do not send complaints in this way.
  2. Please ensure that the goods under complaint contain the original packaging, are safely packed and are complete. It is permissible to use substitute packaging, but it must guarantee adequate protection during transport by a forwarding company. The complaint processing time by DigiShots is 14 business days from the date of receipt of the complained goods together with the previously mentioned documents.
  3. The customer sends the complained goods at his own expense. After accepting the complaint, the DigiShots store refunds the shipping cost up to PLN 13.00.

Refund of shipping costs

If the service accepts the complaint, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the costs for sending the damaged product to the service, up to PLN 13.00. If the service does not accept the complaint, transport costs will not be refunded and the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense, up to PLN 18.00.
