SOFTBOX Octa 60cm Lamp
The SOFTBOX Octa 60cm lamp arrives in a package containing a separate stand, bulbs, fixture, and softbox. Assembly involves several steps:
- Remove the softbox, tension rods, and diffusion fabric from its cover. Set aside the diffusion fabric.
- From the CGLX4-marked box, remove the lighting fixture. On the outer edge of the fixture (black material), there are eight openings.
- Insert the glass fiber rods into the openings in the lighting fixture. It's important to insert the thicker end of the rods into the fixture. They should go in with a slight resistance.
- Place the softbox fabric (dome) on the floor so that the black material touches the floor, and the silver side faces upward. Leave the Velcro straps unfastened.
- Lay the lighting fixture on the silver surface. Insert the thinner ends of the rods into the pockets sewn into the corners of the softbox dome.
- As you insert more rods, the softbox dome will begin to stretch over the bending rods. It may be necessary to use a small amount of force, especially with octagonal softboxes.
- After assembling the dome, set up the lighting stand and attach the fixture to it. Tighten the butterflies and fasten the Velcro straps at the back of the dome.
- Secure the bulbs in the fixture.
- Attach the diffusion fabric by fastening it onto the Velcro straps on the dome.
