The SOFTBOX 40x40 lighting kit includes a lightweight, portable softbox with a built-in reflector and four energy-efficient daylight bulbs. The softbox measures 40cm x 40cm and has a depth of 45cm, providing ample space for your subject while maintaining a compact footprint.

Setup Instructions
- Unpack the softbox, glass fiber rods, and diffusion cloth.
- Remove the lighting fixture from its box. The outer edge of the fixture has eight holes.
- Insert the glass fiber rods into these holes, ensuring you insert the thicker end first for a snug fit.
- Lay out the softbox fabric on the floor with the black side down and silver side up. Keep the Velcro straps loose.
- Place the lighting fixture onto the silver surface of the softbox. Insert the thinner ends of the rods into the pockets sewn into each corner of the softbox.
- As you insert more rods, the softbox will begin to stretch and take shape. You may need to apply some force, especially with octagonal softboxes.
- Once assembled, set up the lighting stand and attach the fixture to it. Tighten the butterfly screws and secure the Velcro straps at the back of the softbox.
- Install the bulbs into the sockets on the lighting fixture.
- Attach the diffusion cloth by securing it with the Velcro straps attached to the softbox.
