Tripod
Built to professional standards, the tripod's highly durable base consists of three independently adjustable sections. Each leg is constructed with double-thick oxidized aluminum tubes, making the tripod rigid and stable while still lightweight for transport. Each section can be locked at any height using the “Lock&Loose™” system. The leg clamps are made entirely of metal. The legs end in rubber anti-slip feet, which effectively keep the tripod stable on all types of surfaces, especially effective on slippery stone floors.
The working height range of the tripod allows operators of all heights to capture the most popular shots.
The tripod is compatible with trolleys from most manufacturers. The recommended models from the manufacturer are CG-300 and CG-301.
Head
The oil head is mounted on a 65mm leveling hemisphere and is excellently constructed. Two tilt bearings (tilting) enclosed in a sealed, integrated cassette allow tilting from -80° to +95°. The head has an auto-return function that prevents it from dropping unexpectedly. An additional panorama bearing (rotation) ensures smooth, fluid rotation over the full 360° range. The head operates with a medium-large, pleasant resistance, ensuring we don't "snap" the start of our shot, and endings are also smoother.
The quick release plate (45mm x 85mm) is equipped with ¼ and ⅜ inch mounting screws. The head has typical security against uncontrolled extension of the quick release plate. We can operate the head comfortably using a handle with smoothly adjustable length (36 - 58cm), with right-hand and left-hand mounting, finished with a pleasant grip.
The head also has an initial leveling bubble for preliminary leveling.
