It includes the most essential components needed to build a photography studio at home - a background hanging kit, basic backdrop, and lighting. The white background meets the requirements specified by government agencies (for document photos) as well as online sales platforms (product photography). The lighting power allows for photography ranging from close-ups (portraits, details) to wide shots (busts, full figures). For inanimate nature subjects, the only limitation is the width of the background. The kit can also be used for filming (live, streaming, remote learning).

The background hanging kit consists of a simple arrangement of two CGLS-816B studio stands and a two-section crossbar that spans between them. This setup allows you to hang popular photographic backdrops up to 165 cm wide. The kit's capacity (5kg) enables the mounting of cardboard, vinyl, or fabric backgrounds without restrictions. The height at which the background can be suspended ranges from 83 cm to 205 cm. The bar is attached to the stands using butterfly screws, preventing it from lifting when raising the backdrop upwards. Unrolling the backdrop from its roll is blocked by inserting two grips (frogs) included with the kit.
This lightweight and cost-effective photographic background, made of polypropylene fabric, offers high durability and resistance to studio conditions such as spills, creases, or tears. The cardboard roll protects against creases during transport or storage. Any potential creases can be easily removed by steaming the backdrop or wetting it down.
The width and length of the fabric on the roll are sufficient to create a seamless background (cyclorama) for capturing full-body shots. The perforated texture of the background minimizes reflections from strong light sources.
Regarding the texture of the material - those who encounter polypropylene photographic backgrounds for the first time may worry that the backdrop's texture will be visible in photos. In reality, objects are typically positioned approximately 50 cm away from the background, and with a shallow depth of field, the texture of the background becomes blurred.
The lighting used in this model is the most popular continuous light source currently - a pair of four-bulb lamps with softbox fixtures on lighting stands. The total lighting power allows you to work with models within the frame defined by the background. When the lamps are symmetrically positioned relative to the lens axis, they mutually compensate for shadows, resulting in a very soft distribution of light and eliminating potential reflections.
The light source consists of eight powerful photographic fluorescent tubes with a standard color temperature of 5500K housed in two four-bulb fixtures. Each lamp has an option to turn off a pair of bulbs, allowing for rough adjustment of the lighting power on set. The position of the softboxes can be adjusted (height, tilt, rotation)
The lamps are powerful enough to illuminate standing figures and perform exceptionally well in portrait photography.

CineGEN® is a Polish studio equipment brand we created in 2011 in Janki near Warsaw. We don't have 35 years of tradition or offices on two continents — what we do have is around 40,000 orders with CineGEN® products fulfilled every year and 15 years of working with light, which taught us what actually works in a studio.
The brand was born for a simple reason: selling other people's equipment, we too often had to explain flaws we had no control over. We preferred taking responsibility to making excuses — so we started building our own.
Specifications and part of the designs are created in Poland; manufacturing takes place in China, under our supervision. We say this openly, because that's how studio equipment is made all over the world today. The difference lies in who sets the requirements and who answers for the result: every batch arrives at our warehouse in Janki, where we inspect it, and before a product enters our catalogue, we work with it ourselves — on packshots, portraits and video shoots.
Our product descriptions state real parameters and real limitations. A 200 PLN lamp won't replace a 2,000 PLN kit — and we won't pretend otherwise.
