Mercury CG-1050 Photo-Video Tripod
The Mercury™ CG-1050 is a versatile photo/video tripod, ideal for beginners. With its aluminum construction and 3D head, it offers stability and ease of use. The extendable central column provides quick height adjustments, perfect for product photography. Weighing only 0.7kg, it's a lightweight companion for your creative pursuits.
Mercury™ CG-1050 by CineGEN. A compact photo-video tripod designed for basic photographic and cinematic shots. It allows you to work with cameras and devices weighing up to 3 kg. Light, stable, and easy to use, it's perfect for home studios, live streaming, or outdoor shoots.

Tripod
The tripod's legs are made of aluminum and feature a multi-sided profile with three sections to increase stiffness and durability. An additional stabilizer is the central tripod, connecting the legs to the central column. The tripod legs have anti-slip feet, and each leg can be adjusted independently, making the tripod very stable even on uneven outdoor surfaces. The leg locks are classic ABS clamps.
Central Shaft
The central shaft is placed inside the central column of the tripod and can be extended using a crank. This is a common feature in compact tripods. Adjusting the height of the central shaft (35cm) with the crank allows for quick and easy setup without having to adjust the tripod legs, which is particularly useful in product photography and macro photography.
Head
The tripod head (a 3D head) enables both horizontal orientation (panorama) and vertical orientation (portrait). It has a wide range of movement. For horizontal work (panorama), it offers smooth 360° rotation, while for tilting the head, the range is from +120° to -120°. The tripod's quick-release plate measures 40 x 40 mm and features a rubber grip as well as both a 1/4-inch mounting screw and a retractable positioning pin for cameras. The tripod handle also serves as a tilt lock. A large, clear spirit level is built into the head to allow precise horizontal leveling of the tripod. The tripod comes with a convenient carry bag.
This tripod is designed for photographers and filmmakers who are starting out with cameras or devices. It's an excellent basic piece of equipment for home studios as a live streaming (YouTube, Zoom, TikTok, Messenger) tripod. It also performs well during domestic celebrations and outdoor excursions. The tripod works with any camera or device equipped with a mounting thread at the bottom. The tripod is very easy to use.

CINEGEN®
Digishots Sp. z o.o.
CineGEN® — studio equipment designed by practitioners
CineGEN® is a Polish studio equipment brand we created in 2011 in Janki near Warsaw. We don't have 35 years of tradition or offices on two continents — what we do have is around 40,000 orders with CineGEN® products fulfilled every year and 15 years of working with light, which taught us what actually works in a studio.
The brand was born for a simple reason: selling other people's equipment, we too often had to explain flaws we had no control over. We preferred taking responsibility to making excuses — so we started building our own.
How we work
Specifications and part of the designs are created in Poland; manufacturing takes place in China, under our supervision. We say this openly, because that's how studio equipment is made all over the world today. The difference lies in who sets the requirements and who answers for the result: every batch arrives at our warehouse in Janki, where we inspect it, and before a product enters our catalogue, we work with it ourselves — on packshots, portraits and video shoots.
Our product descriptions state real parameters and real limitations. A 200 PLN lamp won't replace a 2,000 PLN kit — and we won't pretend otherwise.
What you'll find under the CineGEN® brand
Continuous lighting (FlatLight™, Lumifi™, ReLed™, Ensö™ panels with CRI >95), Ignitix™ photographic bulbs, softboxes and light modifiers, lighting, photo and video stands and tripods (including the Jupiter™ series), and home studio kits.
What we stand behind
CineGEN® is a trademark protected at the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (application Z.574925, rights held by Digishots Sp. z o.o.).
Warranty service and spare parts are handled at our facility in Janki — no shipping your gear "back to the manufacturer".
