The durable plastic handle (sled) allows you to mount the flash on a photographic tripod with a standard 1/4 inch thread. This is an excellent solution in case of sudden need for a reporter's kit and lighting it.

The sleds can also be used to mount various accessories equipped with flash-type sleds (e.g., a microphone).

The convenient knob allows you to stably mount the lamp, providing 100% safety and no possibility of the lamp sliding out of the sled.
