Keylights™ Lighting Set with White Background
An excellent set for beginners and intermediate photographers.
The basis for building a Home Photography Studio is the frame for hanging backgrounds along with the basic photographic background. The white color of the background allows for photography in bright tones (high-key), providing perfect conditions for portrait, fashion, and product photography. The included continuous lighting enables constant preview of results on camera (phone) before releasing the shutter. This is the simplest possible studio configuration, ideal for beginners and intermediate photographers.
A simple set of studio accessories that allows you to mount a photographic background in home or office conditions. The studio stand with a 10mm thread and butterfly keeps the central transverse mounting bar, creating a frame for the background. The included background on a cardboard tube unfolds from the floor towards the bar and is secured using studio clips (frogs).
The set works well in portrait, fashion, and product photography. The width of the background allows you to photograph the entire human silhouette. Placing the entire standing figure in the frame is possible (the left and right margins next to the background are filled with white color in graphic editing programs). The central mounting used in this set works great for small rooms.

⭐ Lighting Kit
The lighting used in this set is classic studio continuous lighting - single-bulb softbox lamps on lighting stands. The softboxes are equipped with LED bulbs from the Ignitix™ series with standardized parameters (color temperature 5500K and color rendering index CRI >90). Softboxes are a basic element of a photographic studio. They soften tonal transitions between light and shadow. Light is evenly distributed inside the softbox and maintains equal power across the entire diffuser surface. The outside of the softbox is matte black, ensuring it doesn't reflect light from other lamps. Folding and unfolding is exceptionally simple, and when folded, the softbox takes up little space. The high-quality materials used in the softbox guarantee trouble-free operation for years.
In Keylights™ sets, a minimum of 2 lamps are used due to mutual shadow compensation - one lamp serves as the main light source, while the other acts as fill light. The lamps are placed on adjustable lighting stands with a height of 200 cm, allowing for easy adjustment according to current needs.
⭐ Background Hanging Kit
A simple, two-part bar mounted on the central opening used for hanging backgrounds with studio stands featuring a threaded shaft with a diameter of 10mm. The sections of the bar connect to each other via a click mechanism. Backgrounds are attached to the bar using any type of studio clamps (clips, frogs, vices, etc.). The bar's diameter is 2.2 cm. It is designed for mounting fabric, cardboard, or plastic backgrounds. The maximum load capacity of the bar is 2 kg.
⭐ White Background
A lightweight and economical photographic background made of polypropylene fabric that provides high durability and resistance to studio conditions - spills, creases, tears. The cardboard roll protects against creases during transport or storage. Potential creases can be easily removed by steaming or wetting the background.
The width and length of the fabric on the roll is sufficient to create a seamless (cyclorama) background for photographing silhouettes. The perforated texture of the background minimizes reflections from strong light sources.

⭐ Material Texture
Note regarding the material texture - those who are new to polypropylene photographic backgrounds may worry that the background's texture will be visible in photos. In real conditions, the object remains about 50 cm away from the background, which, combined with shallow depth of field, causes the background texture to become blurred. Using an aperture below 8 ensures that the background structure is invisible.
