Guide

How to choose a screen for a horror marathon

Rule of thumb: sit about 1.5 times the picture width away from the screen. Pick where you will be watching and we will suggest the size and type of screen.

Prefer to see it? Match a screen to your room (in Polish) — enter three measurements and we will draw your room with the screen on the wall and suggest a model.

Pull-down screen above the sofa in a living room

Living room, 3–3.5 m from the sofa

Mount it on the wall or ceiling, and after the film the screen disappears into its case. A width of 220 cm gives a cinema feel from a typical sofa.

Screen in a smaller room, projector on a shelf

Room or bedroom, about 3 m

At a shorter distance a slightly narrower picture is enough. A 4:3 or 1:1 format also works well for presentations and gaming.

Portable tripod screen in a garden after dark

Garden, patio, garage

Watching under the open sky calls for a screen you can set up in minutes and pack into a bag. A tripod screen gives you a flat surface without any installation.

Questions before the show

Will the screen arrive before Halloween?

Yes, if you order by Tuesday, Oct 27, 1 pm. The screens are in stock and we ship them the same day.

How big a screen should I choose?

Assume a viewing distance of about 1.5 times the picture width. From 3.3 m away, a 220 cm wide screen works great.

Not sure? Try the screen finder on reiba.eu (in Polish) — enter the wall width, room height and distance from the sofa, and we will draw your room with the screen and suggest a model.

How do I mount a Parker™ screen?

On the wall or ceiling. It is a semi-automatic pull-down screen — after the film it rolls back into its case and takes up no space in the living room.

What is the difference between a pull-down screen and a tripod screen?

A pull-down screen is mounted permanently on the wall or ceiling and rolls back into its case after the film — the choice for a living room. A tripod screen sets up anywhere in minutes and packs into a bag, so it works in the garden, the garage or at a friend's place.
