The well-known photography industry domain fotografakcesoria.pl is changing hands – it's moving to Digishots Sp. z o.o.
Warsaw, September 12, 2025
Digishots Sp. z o.o. is finalizing the acquisition of the internet domain fotograficzneakcesoria.pl. The website, previously associated with a renowned brick-and-mortar store in Warsaw's Bemowo district, will now become part of the company's portfolio and the foundation for its further expansion in the photographic accessories segment.
The previous owner of the domain and the store at this address was Violin Violetta Maksymiuk. The business founded by Viola and Daniel was well-respected in the photography community, gaining a loyal customer base thanks to its high-quality service and specialized product range. The decision to sell the domain was dictated by the owners' strategic decision to focus on new projects and business challenges.
The transaction is part of Digishots' development strategy, enabling the company to strengthen its market position and reach a wider audience. The purchase of a domain with an established position and a recognizable brand is a significant investment step, aimed at dynamically increasing web traffic and conversions.
Continuity of product range for customers
According to the management of Digishots Sp. z o.o., a significant portion of the product range, particularly in the studio equipment and professional accessories category, will overlap with the existing range of the fotografakcesoria.pl store. This will allow existing Violin customers to continue shopping in a familiar online location, making it easier for them to efficiently replenish their equipment stock.
Official position on the acquisition
"Taking over such a recognizable website is not only a business opportunity for us, but also a commitment to the photography community. We appreciate the achievements of the previous owners and intend to maintain the high standard of service that our customers deserve," said the President of the Management Board of Digishots Sp. z o.o.
Key technical and formal information
Digishots Sp. z o.o. clearly informs that the purchase of the Internet domain fotograficzneakcesoria.pl does not involve the legal or actual assumption of any commercial, warranty, or service obligations of Violin Violetta Maksymiuk. The company is not responsible for transactions entered into with the previous owner. Guarantees and warranties for products purchased in the Violin Violetta Maksymiuk store remain the sole responsibility of the company, in accordance with the terms of purchases made at that time.
