SZARA PŁASZCZYZNA - z celownikiem do nastawy ostrości, odbija 18% padającego światła. Jest to tzw. szarość średnia, znajdująca się prawie dokładnie po środku między czernią a bielą. Światłomierze, także i w aparatach, dają po pomiarze takie parametry, że mierzona powierzchnia naświetli się tak, jakby miała właśnie ten odcień średni. Jak to działa? Szarą kartę umieszczamy w takim samym oświetleniu jak obiekt, który chcemy sfotografować. Pozostaje tylko dobrać ekspozycję tak, by szara karta została dobrze naświetlona - wtedy obiekt również się dobrze naświetli. Wystarczy punktowo zmierzyć światło na szarej karcie, przycisnąć spust migawki do połowy, odsunąć kartę z kadru, docisnąć przycisk do końca. I cieszyć sie dobrze naświetloną fotografią. BIAŁA PŁASZCZYZNA - odbija 90% padającego światła. Jest doskonałym narzędziem do ustawienia balansu bieli, i, tym samym, do prawidłowego odwzorowania kolorów na zdjęciu. Jest niezastąpiona w sytuacjach, gdy oświetlenie danej sceny nie odpowiada żadnemu z wzorców bieli zaprogramowanych w aparacie, lub gdy jest mieszane i składa się ze źródeł światła o różnych temperaturach barwowych (np. oświetlony żarówką pokój (3200K), do którego wpada przez okno światło słoneczne(5500K))
Jak to działa?
Robimy zdęcie białej karty tak, by pokrywała cały kadr. W menu aparatu przestawiamy balans bieli na Custom WB i wprowadzamy wzorzec bieli z wykonanego wcześniej zdjęcia. Kolejne zdjęcia będą wykonane z naturalnym balansem kolorów - takim, jaki fotografowana scena ma w rzeczywistości, bez zażółceń lub niebieskości spowodowanych danym oświetleniem

CineGEN® is a Polish studio equipment brand we created in 2011 in Janki near Warsaw. We don't have 35 years of tradition or offices on two continents — what we do have is around 40,000 orders with CineGEN® products fulfilled every year and 15 years of working with light, which taught us what actually works in a studio.
The brand was born for a simple reason: selling other people's equipment, we too often had to explain flaws we had no control over. We preferred taking responsibility to making excuses — so we started building our own.
How we work
Specifications and part of the designs are created in Poland; manufacturing takes place in China, under our supervision. We say this openly, because that's how studio equipment is made all over the world today. The difference lies in who sets the requirements and who answers for the result: every batch arrives at our warehouse in Janki, where we inspect it, and before a product enters our catalogue, we work with it ourselves — on packshots, portraits and video shoots.
Our product descriptions state real parameters and real limitations. A 200 PLN lamp won't replace a 2,000 PLN kit — and we won't pretend otherwise.

Warranty service and spare parts are handled at our facility in Janki — no shipping your gear "back to the manufacturer".
