General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Based on art. 13 section 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (OJ. UE L 2016, No. 119) known as the GDPR, we would like to inform you that:

  4. Providing the following personal data is required and necessary for us to conclude and perform the contract to which you are a party (art.6 par.1 lit.B RODO/GPDR), and thus to provide the service:   
    1. Creating an account ("Registration") in the Store:
      1. Name
      2. Email address,
      3. Store account password
      4. Address for shipping the order (street, building and apartment number, zip code, city and province)
      5. Contact phone number
    2. Other data obtained in an automated manner necessary for accounting reasons:
      1. Bank account number when making a transfer to the Store's account
      2. Providing other personal data is voluntary.
  5. Performance of the contract includes:
    1. Providing the service electronically and using the Store, including making transactions and making payments
    2. Creating and managing your account or accounts registered in the Store, and providing support for such account or accounts, transactions and solving technical problems
    3. Settlement of possible returns and complaints
    4. Contact related to the provision of services related to the contract being performed 
    5. Handling queries and notifications via the contact form or e-mail regarding the performed contract.
  6. We also process your personal data for the purposes indicated below, based on a legitimate interest, which is:
    1. Support for payment services
    2. Ensuring the security of electronic services
    3. Handling your inquiries sent via e-mail or via the contact form not directly related to the performance of the contract
    4. Debt collection, conducting court proceedings
    5. Data storage for archiving purposes
    6. We process your personal data to save data in cookies, if you give your separate consent.
  7. Sharing your personal data   
    1. Your personal data may be disclosed to our partners and subcontractors (processing entities), such as courier companies, accounting companies, law firms.
  8. Transfer of personal data to a third country outside the European Economic Area
  9. The administrator has the right to transfer your personal data necessary to perform the contract for the provision of services to a third country or international organization (Google). In accordance with the decision of the European Commission of July 12, 2016 IP / 16/216, the transfer of personal data to entities based in the United States ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data, in accordance with art. 45 GDPR;

    6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw)
    7. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, on the basis of which we will stop processing your data for the purposes set out in point 3. With the exception of demonstration by the Store that there are legally justified premises against it and when the data will be necessary to determine , pursuing or defending claims.
  11. Retention period for your personal data
      We store your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you, and also after its termination for the purposes of:
    1. seeking redress in connection with performance of the contract, 
    2. performance of obligations arising from legal provisions, including in particular tax and accounting 
    3. preventing abuse and fraud, 
    4. archiving, 
    5. We store your personal data for a maximum of 5 years from the date of termination of the contract.

    When processing your personal data, we use an SSL encrypted connection.
